Welcome to the mobile application Find MY 365. This Privacy Policy constitutes an important part of the Application’s User Service Agreement. It clearly explains how we collect, use, store, secure and process your information. We strictly comply with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China and App Store compliance requirements, and process your information in accordance with the principles of necessity, informed consent and clear accountability.
Your use of the Application shall be deemed that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all contents of this Privacy Policy.
I. Scope and Methods of Information Collection
We only collect the minimum information necessary to realize the core functions of the Application, as detailed below:
1.Account Identity Information
(1) This Application requires login via Apple ID. During login, we only obtain the unique Apple user identifier authorized by you, as well as the nickname and email address you choose to provide, to create your account, identify your identity and link member relationships.
(2) We will not obtain or store your Apple ID password or any unauthorized account information. Login verification is independently completed by Apple’s system.
2.Location Information
(1) After you voluntarily grant location permission, we will collect your precise geographic location to realize core functions including real-time location sharing and geofence reminders. The collection frequency shall be kept to the minimum necessary to deliver relevant functions.
(2) The geofence locations, trigger rules and custom reminder content you set will be stored associated with your account to execute reminder logic.
(3) To support the Wallpaper Setting & Linked Auto-Update function, we will temporarily use the real-time location of linked members to generate wallpaper map images when you manually set a wallpaper or preset conditions are met. Such location data is only used during generation and will not be persistently stored or applied for other purposes.
(4) Location information shall only be used within the scope of your authorization. You may disable location permissions at any time to stop data collection.
3.Device and Operation Log Information
(1) To ensure stable service operation, troubleshoot faults and optimize user experience, we collect basic device information including device model, operating system version, unique device identifier and network status.
(2) We record service operation logs such as function usage records and reminder trigger records for troubleshooting and service optimization. Such information cannot be used to identify your personal identity.
4.Notification Permission
We request device notification permissions to push location alerts to you. This permission is only used to deliver custom reminders, and we will not collect any other information through this permission.
5.Email & Trigger Record Information for Wallpaper Functions
(1) To realize the Linked Wallpaper Auto-Update function, the system will randomly generate and assign an email address managed by us. This mailbox is solely for receiving location-triggered notification emails and cannot be used to send outgoing mails. The email address will be stored associated with your Application account as your personal information.
(2) We record email delivery logs linked to this mailbox, including trigger time, trigger type (entry/exit geofence, location change) and linked member identifiers. Such data is only used for service monitoring, troubleshooting and statistics, and cannot identify specific individuals.
(3) This mailbox and associated server data (location trigger records, email delivery logs, etc.) will be retained if you uninstall the Application, disable the function or stop using it for a long time. The mailbox and all associated server data will be deleted only when you actively cancel your Application account.
(4) We will not use this mailbox for any other purposes, nor disclose its address to any third party, unless required by law or with your additional authorization.
6.Subscription-Related Information
(1) When you purchase paid subscriptions through the App Store, we may process necessary subscription data returned by Apple to verify subscription status and provide entitled services, including subscription product ID, subscription status, subscription valid term, transaction certificate identifier, etc.
(2) All payment processes are independently handled by Apple. Apple processes payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy and service terms. We do not collect or store sensitive payment information such as bank card numbers, payment passwords or Apple ID passwords.
(3) The subscription information we obtain shall only be used to confirm your subscription status, deliver purchased benefits and handle subscription requests, and shall not be used for unrelated purposes.
II. Rules for Information Usage
1.We only use your information for the purposes specified in this Policy and will not exceed the scope of your authorization. Permitted purposes include:
(1) Delivering core functions: location sharing, geofence alerts, member activity display and task management. Location data will be used to generate wallpaper maps, and trigger emails will be sent via your exclusive assigned mailbox to enable automatic wallpaper updates through mobile shortcuts;
(2) Service optimization and troubleshooting: analyzing product usage, optimizing functions and resolving service abnormalities. Email delivery logs are used to monitor notification delivery and system stability;
(3) Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to lawful regulatory and judicial requests.
2.We will not use your information for user profiling tracking or other purposes irrelevant to the Application’s services.
3.If we intend to use your information for purposes not stated herein, we will obtain your explicit prior consent again.
4.If you activate auto-renewal subscriptions via the App Store, all deduction and renewal operations are governed by Apple’s rules. Please refer to the Auto-Renewal Service Agreement for detailed provisions.
III. Information Storage and Security Safeguards
1.Storage Location: All your information is stored on compliant servers located within the territory of the People’s Republic of China. We will not transmit your data overseas unless otherwise required by law.
2.Storage Period: We retain your information only for the shortest period necessary to fulfill service purposes. After account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe, except as otherwise stipulated by laws. The exclusive mailbox and associated trigger records assigned by the system will only be deleted upon your account cancellation; uninstallation or function deactivation will not trigger deletion.
3.Security Measures: We adopt industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards including encrypted data storage, access control, security audits and staff confidentiality management to prevent information leakage, tampering and loss.
4.In the event of an information security incident, we will notify you promptly of the incident details, impact scope, disposal measures and remedies, and complete regulatory reporting as required by law.
IV. Information Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure
1.General Principle: We will not actively share, transfer or publicly disclose your information unless specified in this Policy or mandatory by law.
2.Member Linkage Sharing: After you enter a member code to connect with family/friends and enable relevant functions, we will share location data and activity records with designated linked members in accordance with your settings. The sharing targets, data scope and duration are fully controlled by you. You may terminate sharing at any time by unlinking members or turning off permissions.
3.Authorized Third-Party Processors: To realize certain functions, we may entrust qualified third-party service providers to process partial data (see Appendix 1 for the full list of third-party SDKs). We sign data processing agreements with all SDK developers, requiring them to process data solely in accordance with our instructions, this Policy and confidentiality requirements, and prohibit any unauthorized secondary use. Third-party services are operated independently and governed by their own privacy policies. We only transmit data to such providers when you actively use the corresponding functions and will never send data in the background without your explicit consent.
4.Statutory Disclosure Scenarios: We may disclose your information under the following legal circumstances:
(1) With your separate explicit consent;
(2) To fulfill legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from judicial and regulatory authorities;
(3) To protect the legitimate rights and interests of us, you or other users within a reasonable and necessary scope.
5.We will never sell or rent your information to any third party for commercial use.
6.Subscription Service Note: All purchase, deduction, refund and auto-renewal workflows are managed by the App Store. We only receive necessary subscription status data from Apple to validate benefits and will not share your subscription data with any third parties outside Apple.
V. Your Rights and Exercise Methods
In accordance with applicable laws, you enjoy autonomous management rights over your personal information:
1.Right to Access and Copy: You may query and copy your account data, location settings and reminder tasks.
2.Right to Rectify and Supplement: You may request us to correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete information.
3.Right to Erasure: You may request us to delete your information if:
(1) The processing purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer necessary;
(2) We process data in breach of this Policy;
(3) You voluntarily cancel your account;
(4) You disable Linked Wallpaper Auto-Update and stop using this service, and may request deletion of generated trigger logs (the assigned mailbox and basic associated data will only be deleted upon account cancellation);
(5) Other circumstances prescribed by laws.
4.Right to Withdraw Consent: You may turn off location, notification, album/storage permissions in device system settings, or terminate data processing by unlinking members or uninstalling the Application. Withdrawal will disable corresponding functions but will not invalidate lawful data processing completed prior to consent withdrawal.
5.Subscription Management: You may view, modify or cancel subscriptions via Apple ID subscription management. See the Auto-Renewal Service Agreement for relevant rules.
6.How to Exercise Rights: You may contact us via the official email stated in this Policy to submit requests. We will verify and respond to your demands within fifteen working days upon receiving valid submissions.
VI. Protection of Minors’ Information
1.We do not actively provide services to users under the age of 18. Minors may only use the Application with explicit consent and full supervision of their legal guardians.
2.We comply with laws governing minors’ data protection and adopt special protection mechanisms, strictly limiting the scope and scenarios of minor information collection.
3.If we detect minors using the Application without guardian consent, we will immediately stop processing their data and clear relevant records.
4.Guardians with inquiries or objections regarding minor data processing may contact us through official channels.
VII. System Permission Description
The Application requests the following permissions to deliver corresponding functions. You may grant or deny all permissions at your discretion and disable them anytime in device settings:
1.Location Permission: Used for location sharing, geofence alerts and wallpaper map generation. Denial disables all location-based functions without affecting other basic features.
2.Notification Permission: Used to push location reminders. Denial means you will not receive alert notifications.
3.Album/Storage Permission: Used to save generated wallpaper images locally on your device for wallpaper setup. Denial disables wallpaper saving without affecting other core functions.
4.Email Sending Permission: Used to deliver trigger notifications to your assigned mailbox. This permission is only requested when you enable Linked Wallpaper Auto-Update; denial will break this function without impacting other features.
VIII. Updates to this Privacy Policy
1.We reserve the right to revise this Policy due to legal updates, product function adjustments or changes to service scenarios.
2.Revised versions will be published in-app and take effect upon publication.
3.For material revisions, we will notify you through prominent separate reminders. Your continued use of the Application after update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you disagree with the updated terms, please stop using the Application.
1.The formation, validity, performance, interpretation and settlement of disputes arising out of this Policy shall be governed by the laws effective in mainland China.
2.Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties shall submit the dispute to the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its current arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
