Welcome to the "Find MY 365" mobile application. This Privacy Policy is an important part of the User Service Agreement of the Application, aiming to clearly explain how we collect, use, store, protect and process your relevant information. We strictly abide by laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, as well as relevant compliance requirements of the App Store, and process your information in adherence to the principles of minimum necessity, informed consent and clear rights and responsibilities.
Your use of the Application shall be deemed that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all contents of this Privacy Policy.
I. Scope and Methods of Information Collection
We only collect the minimum scope of information necessary for realizing the core functions of the Application, as follows:
1.Account Identity Information
(1) The Application is logged in and used via Apple ID. During the login process, we only obtain the Apple unique user identifier with your active authorization, as well as the nickname and email address you choose to provide, which are used to establish application accounts, verify user identities and associate member relationships.
(2) We will not obtain or store your Apple ID password and other unauthorized account information. The login verification process is independently completed by the Apple system.
2.Location Information
(1) To realize core functions such as real-time location sharing and geofence trigger reminders, after you actively grant location permission, we will collect your precise geographic location information. The information collection frequency shall be the minimum necessary standard for realizing the functions.
(2) The geofence locations, trigger rules and custom reminder content set by you will be stored in association with your account to realize the reminder trigger logic.
(3) Location information is only used within the scope of your authorization. You can turn off location permission at any time to terminate information collection.
3.Device and Operation Log Information
(1) To ensure stable service operation, troubleshoot faults and optimize product experience, we will collect basic device information, including device model, operating system version, unique device identifier and network status information.
(2) We will record service operation logs, including function usage records and reminder trigger records, for troubleshooting and service optimization. Such information will not be used to identify your personal identity.
4.Notification Permission Related
To push location reminder messages to you, we will apply for device notification permission. This permission is only used to push your custom reminder content, and we will not collect other information of yours through this permission.
1.We strictly use your relevant information for the purposes specified in this Policy and will not use it beyond the scope of authorization. The specific purposes include:
(1) Core function realization: providing basic services such as location sharing, geofence reminders, member activity display and task management;
(2) Service optimization and troubleshooting: analyzing product usage, optimizing function experience, and troubleshooting and repairing service abnormalities;
(3) Fulfilling obligations stipulated by laws and regulations and responding to legitimate regulatory and judicial requests.
2.We will not use your relevant information for purposes unrelated to the services of the Application, such as user profiling and tracking.
3.If we need to use information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, we will seek your explicit consent again in advance.
III. Information Storage and Security Protection
1.Storage location: All your relevant information is stored on compliant servers within the territory of the People's Republic of China. We will not transmit your relevant information overseas, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
2.Storage period: We only store your relevant information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the service purpose; after account cancellation, we will delete your relevant information or conduct anonymization within a reasonable period, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
3.Security protection measures: We adopt industry-standard technical and management measures to protect your information security, including data encryption storage, access permission control, security audits and personnel confidentiality management, to prevent information leakage, tampering and loss.
4.In the event of an information security incident, we will promptly inform you of the incident situation, scope of impact, disposal measures and remedial plans in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and fulfill relevant regulatory reporting obligations.
IV. Information Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure
1.Basic principle: We will not proactively share, transfer or publicly disclose your relevant information to third parties, except as otherwise stated in this Policy or required by mandatory laws and regulations.
2.Member association sharing scenario: After you actively provide/enter a member code to establish a member association with relatives and friends and enable corresponding functions, we will share corresponding location information, activity records and reminder-related content with the associated members you designate according to your settings. The sharing objects, information scope and sharing duration are all independently set and determined by you. You can terminate information sharing at any time by dissolving member associations or closing sharing permissions.
3.To realize the functions of the Application, we may entrust third-party service providers with legal qualifications to process part of the information (see Appendix I for the list of third-party SDKs). We will sign data processing agreements with third-party SDK developers, requiring them to process information strictly in accordance with our instructions, this Policy and relevant confidentiality and security requirements, and shall not use the information for any other purposes. The above third-party SDK services are provided by independent service providers, and their data processing behaviors are governed by their own privacy policies. We will only send corresponding data to third parties when you actively use the above functions. Without your explicit permission, we will not send any data in advance or in the background.
4.Statutory disclosure circumstances: Under the following circumstances, we may disclose your relevant information in accordance with the law:
(1) Obtaining your separate explicit consent;
(2) To fulfill obligations stipulated by laws and regulations, or respond to legitimate requirements of judicial organs and regulatory authorities;
(3) To protect the legitimate rights and interests of us, you or other users from infringement, within a reasonable and necessary scope.
5.We will not sell or rent your relevant information to any third party for commercial purposes.
V. Your Information Rights and Exercise Methods
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, you enjoy the right to independently manage your own information, as follows:
1.Right to access and copy: You have the right to query and copy your account information, location settings, reminder tasks and other relevant content.
2.Right to correction and supplementation: If you find that your relevant information is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request us to correct and supplement it.
3.Right to deletion: Under the following circumstances, you have the right to request us to delete your relevant information:
(1) The processing purpose has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose;
(2) We process relevant information in violation of the agreement;
(3) You proactively cancel your account;
(4) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
4.Withdrawal of authorization consent: You can turn off system permissions such as location and notification in device system settings at any time to withdraw the corresponding authorization; you can also terminate relevant information processing by dissolving member relationships or uninstalling the Application. After withdrawing the authorization, the corresponding functions will be unavailable, but it will not affect the validity of information processing carried out based on the authorization before.
5.Method of exercising rights: You can contact us through the official email specified in this Policy to exercise the above rights. We will verify and respond to your valid request within fifteen working days.
VI. Minors' Information Protection
1.We do not proactively provide the services of this Application to minors under the age of 18. Minors using this Application must obtain the explicit consent of their legal guardians and be under full guardianship.
2.We strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations on the protection of minors' information, adopt a special protection mechanism for minors' information, strictly restrict the scope of information collection and usage scenarios, and only process minors' information within the scope necessary for service realization.
3.If we find that a minor uses this Application without the consent of the legal guardian, we will immediately stop processing the information of the user and take measures to clear the relevant information.
4.If guardians have questions or objections to the information processing of minors, they can contact us through official channels.
VII. Description of System Permission Invocation
To realize corresponding functions, the Application will apply for the following system permissions from you. All permissions are independently chosen by you for authorization, and you can turn off permissions in device settings at any time:
1.Location permission: Used to realize location sharing and geofence reminder functions. Refusal of authorization will make relevant location functions unavailable, but will not affect other basic functions.
2.Notification permission: Used to push location reminder messages to you. Refusal of authorization will make you unable to receive reminder notifications.
VIII. Updates to the Privacy Policy
1.We have the right to revise this Privacy Policy due to updates of laws and regulations, adjustment of product functions, changes of service scenarios and other reasons.
2.After the policy is revised, we will publicize it through in-application announcements and other methods. The revised version shall take effect as of the date of public announcement.
3.For major changes, we will notify you separately in a more prominent way. Your continued use of the Application after the policy update shall be deemed as consent to the revised Privacy Policy; if you do not agree with the updated content, please stop using the Application.
1.The conclusion, validity, performance, interpretation and dispute handling of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the currently effective laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China.
2.Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall first be settled by both parties through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its current arbitration rules. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.
